2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Timing: Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Full Refund: You’ll receive a refund for the product cost. Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no charge.
- Report within 72 hours: Email photos and order details to inquiries@exeterbotanicals.com. We’ll expedite a replacement or refund.
